Since our inception, our non-profit organization has been committed to establishing, conducting, and maintaining social assistance programs and crisis intervention services. We strive to help our community members advance and to provide opportunities for our underserved members who have fallen through the social service, economical, and educational cracks. It’s our belief that a united community is a stronger community, and under His light, we’ll help our brothers and sisters navigate the complexities of life.

Eastside Ministerial Alliance develops social assistance programs for our community and fosters Christian fellowship through community dinners, church sermons, and more. Our goal is to improve conditions in at-risk homes; assist families overcoming obstacles, including illness and loss of job; and provide crisis intervention services. If you’re experiencing any hardships, you can turn to our non-profit organization for help.
Our non-profit organization is proudly partnered with Black Hawk County and Waterloo Housing Authority to provide home down payment assistance programs, volunteer income tax preparation, free medical clinics, dental assistance, and early literacy programs for children. We’re always thinking of new ways we can help our community and continue to develop innovative programs that encourage strength, faith, and peace.
